ABSTRACT
TECHNOCULTURE/TECHNOSCIENCE These compound terms produced from the conjunction of ‘technology’ with either ‘science’ or ‘culture’ are used by a range of theorists to explore the perception that contemporary thought and society are being increasingly in uenced by developments in technology. Ideas of technoculture and technoscience play important roles in debates within postmodernism, deconstruction and posthumanism.
