ABSTRACT
Today, every manager is concerned with the many technological and structural changes that affect his current operations. In addition to these changes, he is conscious of another factor that very strongly characterizes modern organizations—their rapid growth. Many units that started as very small concerns have, in recent years, emerged as medium- or large-sized entities.
