ABSTRACT
Connectivity refers to the extent and quality of links across a number of different dimensions. Connectivity is a crucial component of ASEAN integration. In order to promote and establish the ASEAN Community by 2015, a High Level Task Force developed a Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity with the assistance of a number of other international organisations working in the region (ASEAN, 2011). 1
