Auto Safety is a privately held for-profit company that trains teenage drivers in accident avoidance skills. Recently, Angel Investors, a venture capital firm, approached Auto Safety with an offer to invest a significant amount of capital into the company based on a majority ownership. Angel Investors intends to expand the program to 160 additional locations.
