ABSTRACT
Lynn Dixon is an instructional designer at a small e-learning company in Sydney, Australia, called Telopea Learning. Telopea Learning creates online training for a variety of clients including banks, insurance companies, government departments, and the retail industry. It’s a fast-paced working environment with tight deadlines. However, the company also encourages a fresh, lively atmosphere, with music playing, frequent company fun days, and sporting events. Lynn often wonders how she’s meant to keep her clients happy while having all of that fun!
