ABSTRACT

Simon Wilcowsky reflected on his career at Third Eye Media. Although his original background was in graphic design, he had worked on teams with other professionals on instructional design projects over the past several years and had risen to the position of e-learning production manager. So far, he’d beep very successful in managing the needs of his clients while meeting deadlines and making a healthy profit for the company. He had a great team under his supervision: instructional designers, programmers, illustrators, animators, even video producers. Most clients had been happy with the quality of the e-learning materials that the company had produced; Third Eye used high-quality graphics and illustrations that were easy to read and animations that illustrated difficult concepts. The company had won numerous awards for its e-learning products and was one of the most successful companies in the country.
