ABSTRACT

In the course of a research on the Feldenkrais method and the Flow, we analysed the corpus of the following two authors: Moshe Feldenkrais (1904–1984) for the method that bears his name and Mihalyi Csikszentmihalyi (1934–) the creator of Flow concept. We present here the results of this analysis, which addresses both the qualitative aspect and the quantitative aspect of the data collected In this article, we choose to focus the focus on the following three items: body, flow, learn. Why do we make this choice? Because it makes it possible to highlight in a clear and distinct way the respective work of the authors We will follow three steps to clarify our remarks. The first step will be to define the meaning of the three items for each author. The second stage will show the differences between the two authors in the theoretical and practical context. And the third step will demonstrate the emphasis of Feldenkrais or Csikszentmihalyi on this item and why. We will use a code (cf. Table 4) to indicate which works come from quotations.
