ABSTRACT
When Dr. Fishwick mentioned that he was planning a book on Cicero, the Roman statesman and philosopher, he asked me to do a computer search to determine what had been written from 1990–2004. The point of the exercise was to establish the relevance and extent of writing about Cicero in today's cultural climate, and to reveal recent scholarship.
