‘Two Worries About Mixing One's Labour'

Jeremy Waldron, Professor of Law at Columbia University, is a contemporary political philosopher whose recent writings include The Dignity of Legislation (1999) and Law and Disagreement (1999). He is also the author of a number of important papers on Locke. In Two Worries’ he considers one issue in Locke’s theory of property and subjects it to detailed, and critical, scrutiny.
