Attempts to Unify Chaos, Fuzzy Logic and Neural Networks

This paper attempts to combine what is known about neural networks, chaos theory, and fuzzy logic into a single unified architecture. The goal is to eventually use such a hybrid architecture to build more intelligent machines.
