ABSTRACT
Regarding the class discussion you held this week with your students, how did it go? What were your topics for discussion? How did your students react to this new experience? Discuss together and evaluate what happened and what you might want to do differently next time. Being encouraged to think and express thoughts helps all persons think better of themselves, especially young ones. To become adept at consultation or discussion is an invaluable tool of managing in our culture today. Also, in some seemingly mysterious way, as you invite students to assist with setting up the class rules and limits, students become more willing to go along with them. Even should you feel awkward at first, you are urged to keep doing it. Practice will increase your skill and the results will be that you are glad you continued it.
