ABSTRACT
A family is in the waiting room, and we invite its members to come into our office. This is our first encounter. We take, each time, a leap in the dark. Once again, we feel that each family has its own style. From the first glance, the first hello, we have an impression. They sat down as they liked; they explained their request in their own words; they brought their universe into our workplace.
