ABSTRACT

Much of this chapter will represent my attempt to explore the question of man and drama. I will do this in terms of what I, as an analytical psychologist, can contribute to elucidate it further by drawing on my clinical experience and on my store of those theories that have proved to be useful models. Such elucidation may then also help towards a firmer assessment of the healing potential of drama, drama when enacted on the stage, in the therapist’s consulting room, or in real life.
