The Anxiolytic Actmties of the 5–HT3 Receptor Antagonists GR38032F, ICS 205–930 and BRL 43694

The potential anxiolytic activities of the selective 5–HT₃ receptor anatgonists, GR38032F (Costall et al. 1987; Jones et al. 1987), ICS 205–930 and MOL 72222 (Tyers et al. 1987) have been shown in both rodent and primate models. We have now extended these studies to include evaluation of BRL 43694 (Fake et al. 1987).
