“We honor God in all we do.” That was the first thing Grace, the hiring manager, said to Anna when they greeted each other in the Chase Homes lobby on a cold February day. “That’s our operating principle and you’ll see it demonstrated in every aspect of our organization.” Grace pulled out a small, laminated card that had Chase Home’s vision, mission, operating principle, and list of values printed on it and handed it to Anna. “We expect our employees to demonstrate these values, which is why we’ve developed the culture match interview.”
