ATM Cell Scheduling for Broadband Switching Systems by Neural Network

This paper presents a new window-based cell scheduling scheme for a nonblocking ATM switch with input queues, and suggests its neural network implementation. The proposed approach provides an optimal scheduling of ATM cells, in order to achieve high throughput.
