ABSTRACT
ABC correspondent Don Dahler lived near the World Trade Center in New York City. He was surprised on September 11, 2001, to hear a flight close by, so he rushed to the window, but even before he got there, he heard the huge explosion. The sound reminded him of a missile. Looking out, he saw a gigantic hole in the tower.
