The Impurity of Professional Authority

This is an exploration into some of the interrelations of language and culture. Much of what we write should apply to other Spanish-speaking countries, and the principles of analysis we use should be applicable in other language and culture areas, but we will draw our cases primarily from Peru, where we became engaged in this joint enterprise.
