ABSTRACT
Ron Walters died in September of 2010. He left a remarkable legacy as a scholar-activist. Ron was a stalwart member and supporter of the National Conference of Black Political Scientists (NCOBPS). He collaborated with other NCOBPS members both academically and politically, and he was an inspiring mentor to many.
