ABSTRACT
I want to confine my response to two points. The first has to do with the “choice setting” ambiguity that was noted by Professor Winter, which may be interpreted as encompassing the point concerning predictability made by Professor Johnson. We acknowledge the ambiguity in our paper here; let us try to clarify our own position as best we can.
