ABSTRACT

Early in the twenty-first century, criminological interest in white collar crime is quite pronounced, with a steady stream of books and articles being published. The White Collar Crime Research Consortium now has over one hundred members. Critical criminology today has an even more pronounced presence in the field. The Division on Critical Criminology of the American Society of Criminology is a large and conspicuous entity. The present chapter offers a provisional exploration of the points of intersection between these two developments.
