ABSTRACT

Likewise this is not a notion of the West based on geography or upon imaginary anti-Oriental or anti-Middle Eastern biases, but rather one rooted in the common culture. Older notions of the meeting of East and West have been largely resolved. Asia, America and Europe have met-to the greater glory of all concerned in many spheres of the political-economic culture. To broaden the base of such global inclusion becomes the next large scale task. Such an expansive vision articulates the prospects for new policies and principles alike.
