ABSTRACT
Madu’s family home was a mansion by any standards. He had certainly come a long way from his very humble beginnings. His wife, Stella, recently concluded a second university degree. This time she studied Law in order to support her husband’s growing enterprise. Over the years, the business had grown to become more successful than Madu had ever imagined and it was getting more and more important to harness the legal aspects of the business. Having experienced less than desirable results from some of the lawyers Madu had engaged, Stella decided she would take the bull by the horns and become her husband’s in-house lawyer. Madu totally approved and encouraged this move.
