ABSTRACT

You know you are doing qualitative research analysis when … ‘you can’t see the kitchen table because it’s completely covered with paper’. As both authors of this chapter can attest, ‘there are times when you have so much data, it can get quite overwhelming deciding how to start making sense of everything’. Of course, the key here is to be diligent in turning all those concrete bits of data into abstract concepts; helping you to do that is the purpose of this chapter.
