ABSTRACT
In this paper the author considers some of the most important factors that contribute to learning failure. He analyses the component skills in learning tasks and explains their interrelationships. The discussions of the possibilities of compensation for physical impairment is of interest and importance to any teacher, especially the need for early diagnosis.
