ABSTRACT
When young people get entangled in a cyberbullying incident, school administrators, parents, and law officers will need to be mindful of the legal issues that might arise. This chapter will address a range of legal issues that are associated with cyberbullying that may be occurring between young people, in and out of school. The issues that will be addressed include:
search and seizure;
free speech;
district liability;
other legal considerations.
