ABSTRACT
Jo (20S) shares a flat with two other girls. She is taking a bath and chatting to her flatmate Mary. They have been talking about the pornographic magazine which Mary found 'in the bin'. Jo is selfabsorbed and veryconcerned thatshe is too fat, too short, too spotty and that shehasan 'unattractive clitoris'. But she is self-deprecating in an amusing way. In this speech Jo reveals her fantasy of being 'an astonishingly beautiful, mysterious, fascinating woman'.
