ABSTRACT
Forensic social work, defined here as the professional use of the court and legal system to facilitate social work practice, is a seldom researched but often discussed area of social work practice. In this chapter, three models of legal/treatment intervention strategies of child sexual abuse are presented. These models are consistent with the family health perspective and are discussed in terms of developmental influences.
