ABSTRACT
SUMMARY. Lebanon’s tourism industry has suffered severe blows resulting from the civil war and political unrest that took place in the country. Despite the increase in the number of arrivals to Lebanon, the industry is experiencing several weaknesses that are directly affecting its advancement. The study identified factors that are hindering tourism advancement in Lebanon. Identified factors serve as a tool to develop future strategies leading to tourism advancement and improved satisfaction.
