ABSTRACT

Mountain College 1 is a two-year public community college situated in a bucolic landscape in the western part of the United States. Because of its location, Mountain College is able to have the land necessary to support robust agricultural and animal-science programs, as well as the ability to expand its facilities. This expansion is important because Mountain College is one of the larger colleges in the nation, and needs facilities to meet a student population that is approximately 40,000, enrolled both part- and full-time, on credit and non-credit courses. This college is also home to over 1,000 instructional faculty, and the majority of them are part-time.
