ABSTRACT
The Traumatic Stress Service at the Maudsley Hospital is one of the few NHS outpatient services in this country specialising in the treatment of people who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and, in particular, complex PTSD, a condition that is still poorly recognised in this country.
