ABSTRACT
Chapter 2 describes the conceptual basis of the POMMARD model and the process involved in building the model. This chapter describes the more technical foundation of POMMARD. As indicated previously, POMMARD is a system dynamics model. Building POMMARD involved the translation of the conceptual issues discussed in Chapter 2 into a computer model.
