ABSTRACT
Project delivery in construction is highly dependent on the effectiveness of the teams put together to execute the project. In many cases this is a function of how well participants work collaboratively and how effective the communications infrastructure used by the team is. However, the full benefits of effective collaborative working in construction projects have yet to be fully realised. This is partly because of the inefficient use of information and communication technology (ICT) tools.
