ABSTRACT

Greece, India, Pakistan and Thailand, echoing the diversity of the student population. This diversity contributes to the vibrant atmosphere in the school. The classrooms are decorated with children’s drawings, written work, sculptures and other art work. These inviting displays give a sense of the inclusive ethos of the school. Initial observations of some of the classes revealed that the staff and students alike were interested and eager to listen to each other’s views. The teaching staff encourage the children’s participation within group and independent learning, which again emphasises the school’s inclusive and nurturing nature.
