ABSTRACT
Using a laptop or desktop computer, COVR guides the evaluator through a brief chart review and a 5-to 10-minute interview with the patient. Aer the requested information has been entered, COVR generates a report that contains an empirically derived estimate of the patient’s violence risk, including the condence interval for that estimate and a list of the risk factors that COVR took into account to produce the estimate. (2005).
