The Carbon Neutral Public Sector: Governmental Accounting and Action on Climate Change

This chapter considers whether New Zealand, Australian, and UK government strategies for a “carbon neutral public sector” constitute meaningful action on climate change. Drawing from the signifi cant early lessons, we set out the core questions for future research into climate change strategy for public services.
