Though smple, ths wall (the most basc of archtectural elements), whch frames the hearth of the lvng room – the heart of the house – s the culmnaton of the plan’s arrangement (the house’s herarchy of spaces). The rest of the house faces towards ths wall wth ts hearth and wndow.
