Sverre Fehn’s Vlla Busk stands on the edge of a rocky outcrop wth a dstant vew of the sea. It was bult for a muscan. Wth ts resemblance to a romantc fortress, and standng on the edge of a precptous clff, t has the appearance of a house made to accommodate a poetc sensblty. The Vlla Busk s ste specfic. It could not be the same anywhere else. In begnnng hs desgn Fehn had the opportunty to choose the exact locaton. Ths choce was hs first archtectural (desgn) decson. He chose a poston on a natural outcrop of rock, amongst mature trees, and wth a vew of the sea. He recognsed ths as a
