ABSTRACT

Th is chapter reports on research of the Study of Economic, Informational, and Cultural Barriers to Community College Student Transfer Access at Selective Institutions, conducted in 2006 by the New England Resource Center for Higher Education (NERCHE) of the University of Massachusetts Boston and the Center for Urban Education at the University of Southern California.
