ABSTRACT
European states, not least the United Kingdom (UK), France and Germany, spend more on defence procurement than any other countries in the world, except the USA, the People’s Republic of China and Japan. In this chapter, we will discuss how defence procurement in Europe has changed since the end of the Cold War.
