ABSTRACT
We examine in this chapter the Academy for Teacher Excellence (ATE), at a Hispanic serving institution, in creating collaborative partnerships with primary stakeholders to enhance college access for minorities and low income students, specifi cally Latinos pursuing the teaching profession.
