ABSTRACT
SACKMANN’S chapter presents me with a dilemma; while I agree with many of its basic tenets, I find myself distracted by its polemical tone. Nevertheless, the chapter is sufficiently provocative and frequently on target with its criticism that it should serve as a useful focus for future debate and constructive action.
