ABSTRACT
The TQMization process, that is, introduction and implementation of Total Quality Management, is a never-ending process. However, once introduced properly, it lends itself for letting the organization prepare for ISO 9000 Certification, and go beyond that. Boundaryless Organization (BO), a dream even for industry giants, can be targeted after TQM and ISO are attained. A story based on practical experience is narrated here to illustrate the transition from TQM to ISO to BO.
