Risks in projects and project oriented small and medium companies

This case study, related to a construction engineering firm, has two parts. The first one presents the main company strategies to successfully respond to the risks associated with the 1992–96 period of general crisis in Spain. One of those strategies was to be a pioneer in the sector in achieving the EN-29.001/ISO-9.001 certification. The second part presents the way to respond to risks in that project.
