ABSTRACT
Ann Marie Bissessar is a Senior Lecturer with the Department of Behavioural Sciences, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. Before entering the University, she served in the public services of Trinidad and Tobago. She is the author/ co-author/editor of over thirteen books and has published over sixty articles in international journals. She previously served as the Deputy Dean (Undergraduate Matters) in the Faculty of Social Sciences. She is currently the co-coordinator of the Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Public Sector Management (Special), the coordinator of the course Public Sector Management (Distance) and the coordinator of a number of courses in the Associate Degree in Public Sector Management (Mona, Jamaica).
