ABSTRACT
This chapter summarizes the 5C findings for Costa Rica in two parts: the first synthesizes the country's context and environment, particularly its cultural context, economic and demographic trends, professional trends and practices, the education system, and employment. In the second part, research results and implications are presented: the study samples, meanings of career success, and career transitions.
