ABSTRACT
Sofi was a young ethnic Malay graduate in health studies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Watching her aunt's career (and with a strong interest in athletics), she desired to be an athletics instructor or a physical ther-apist specializing in sports medicine. However, her mother and father strongly felt she should become a nurse, because she could maintain a set schedule more easily and make good money for the family.
