ABSTRACT
I'm not looking for security out of my job. I'm looking for fulfillment. And I can say to my parents, “I am tired of this job. I want to do something else.” But my parents would like stick to one thing. And then my aunties, they have been nurses forever. They don't like it. But they're too scared to move because then they're too scared to find out what will happen beyond this next step. So I think, for them, they measure success more on stability. Whereas I don't want to take eight years to increase my salary by 200K. I need it to happen as soon as possible. And I don't mind jumping around to do that.
