ABSTRACT

The Global Security Triangle, as the interaction between Europe, Asia and Africa has been called, is a complex governance system of external relations, including different and sometimes contradictory elements, confronted by many exigencies, but, nevertheless, a system of global governance which is indeed emerging within international relations. As it is a complex situation, one needs to schematise it in order to understand its peculiarities, and we will do so by distinguishing the strategies of the most important actors.
