ABSTRACT

Groupwork’s claim to be an international journal is supported by an analysis of the origin of the 71 articles appearing in the volumes from 2000 to 2006 (Doel, 2007), of which slightly more than half originated from outside the United Kingdom. The English-speaking world dominates, though French Canadian authors wrote two of the five Canadian articles in this period. Notably absent are articles from continental Europe (just two in this period), Africa, Asia (except Hong Kong) and South America.
